Cassidy is a learning and development leader with roots in the arts, bringing a storyteller’s eye and a systems thinker’s discipline to organizational growth, strategy, and operations. She leads and partners with cross-functional teams to shape and scale human-centered talent systems - across processes, tools, and skills - using data, feedback, and operational rigor to drive meaningful behavior change. She is known for building trust-rich, collaborative environments where global teams align, adapt, and innovate.
She serves on the Board of Directors for LEAF (Lake Erie Arboretum at Frontier) and enjoys baking, gardening, and frequent visits to the peninsula.
