Emma Oas
Founder/Operations Consultant, Dayleigh Co.
Emma is an operations consultant and strategist who helps founders get back in control of their businesses. An Erie native, Gannon alum, and public health grad, her work is rooted at its core in sustainability, giving people back the time and energy to focus on what actually matters to them. She's spent years as a personal assistant, manager, teacher, and coach, and what started as an extension of assistance work turned into something bigger. Time and time again, she found that business owners thought they needed an assistant, but didn't actually know what to hand off in the first place. Usually there are inefficiencies baked into their systems, and once those get reorganized, it becomes clear what actually needs to happen. Maybe that's an assistant with well defined roles & responsibilities, maybe it's not one at all.
She works with business owners who have outgrown the "figure it out as you go" phase, the ones putting out daily fires, holding ten projects in their head, and drowning in the behind-the-scenes of running their business. She helps expose the root of the chaos, then restructures workflows, roles, communication, and project management so there's finally a second to breathe.
After a short stint in the Lone Star State, Emma is moving back to Erie and will be bouncing back and forth between here and Austin. She brings a holistic lens to both her personal and professional life and believes that sustainability and work/life balance aren't optional. If she isn't working, you'll find her elbow-deep in a 1950s home renovation with her fiancé, planning a wedding, finding fun ways to exercise, or traveling.
