Emma Oas is an operations consultant and strategist behind DAYLEIGH, where she helps founders and small business owners bring clarity and structure to the behind-the-scenes of their businesses. An Erie native, Gannon alum, and public health grad, she works with business owners who have outgrown the “figure it out as you go” phase to untangle what’s not working, build better systems, and create a business that doesn’t rely on them for everything. Her work is rooted in sustainability and giving people back the time and energy to focus on what actually matters to them.
After the last year in Austin, TX, Emma is back in Erie for the time being. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her renovating a 1950s home with her fiancé, planning their wedding, finding fun ways to stay active, or traveling.
