Jeremy Young is an entrepreneur, investor, and business executive with experience building and scaling organizations across technology, cybersecurity, professional services, and government markets. An Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year finalist, Jeremy serves as CEO and President of FRC, a globally recognized, public sector technology company headquartered in Erie, Pennsylvania.

In addition to FRC, Jeremy is a partner of Vector Resources, Inc., a federal professional services company supporting the U.S. Department of Energy and National Nuclear Security Administration. His growing business portfolio also includes ISM, a managed IT and cybersecurity services platform; The Flagship Institute, focused on emerging technology and workforce development; and investments and strategic initiatives involving Carnegie Foundry and other innovative technology ventures.

Through JYOUNG Enterprises and related investment activities, Jeremy is actively engaged in commercial real estate development, business acquisitions, venture investing, and economic revitalization. His interests span Western Pennsylvania, the Washington, D.C., region, and emerging international technology markets.

Jeremy serves on the Board of Directors of Cathedral Preparatory School and is a passionate advocate for entrepreneurship, workforce development, and regional economic growth.
