Julia Hays is an Erie native who has also called Cleveland, Arlington, and Chicago home before landing back in the 814. She’s the Director of Enterprise Initiatives at Altair Real Estate Services where she works across its internal divisions to analyze performance, strengthen operations, and lead cross‑functional initiatives to better serve Altair’s clients, partners, and communities.
She is a big believer in meaningful community, whether through her love of swimming, connecting at Radius, or hosting a good party. Julia also founded Friday Morning Beach Club, a local sunrise & coffee loving crew you can follow at @fridaymorningbeachclub and catch at Beach 6 every Friday at 7am over the summer.
