Nadya Makay joined Radius as Community Organizer in May of 2025. Born and raised in Erie, she holds the city close to her heart and is deeply passionate about its people and ever-growing creative community. With her deep roots in Erie and natural knack for building community, Nadya is excited to support Radius members and contribute to the city's continued growth and innovation.

Alongside her work at Radius, Nadya is the founder of NLM Media LLC, a business she launched in 2024. At NLM Media, she specializes in social media management, content creation, and creative web design, helping local small businesses tell their stories with intention and impact.

In her spare time, Nadya enjoys spending time with her siblings (she's one of 10!), going to book club and photo club, connecting with nature, baking, or doing anything creative!
