Phil is an Erie native who leads the global government relations practice at a key Washington law firm. His work spans healthcare, tax, international trade, technology, life sciences, human rights, higher education, economic development, and social services.
He also serves as National Coordinator for HGPII (business standards), sits on the boards of three think tanks and an NGO, and is a Visiting Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania.
A self-described recovering politico, Phil spends his free time enjoying travel, art, archaeology, and numismatics.
