Raye Shurice is an Erie native, entrepreneur, educator, and speaker who believes technology should create more room for people to do meaningful work—and live fuller lives. She’s passionate about helping people see what’s possible with AI and build the confidence to put it to work.
That passion led her to found BrightRaye Solutions, an AI technology company helping service businesses simplify everyday operations and stay connected to their customers. Its flagship solution, BrightRaye Connect, uses human-centered voice AI to help manage calls, answer questions, and schedule appointments.
A Certified AI Consultant with an MBA, Raye brings more than a decade of experience in recruiting, partnerships, and operations, including work with brands such as Apple, LinkedIn, and DoorDash.
Through speaking, education, and strategic guidance, she makes AI approachable and connects it to what matters to people: their time, their goals, and their ability to create income and impact. Her approach blends encouragement with accountability—helping people move from “I could” to “I’m doing it.”
