Jason Shaffer
Consultant, TechTorch
Jason designs and implements agentic operating systems for both private equity-backed companies and enterprise clients, combining AI agents, workflow automation, custom software, and data to fundamentally improve how businesses operate.
At TechTorch, Jason works with leadership teams to replace manual processes, fragmented data, and disconnected reporting (and decision making) with purpose-built technology that provides real-time visibility into business performance, improves decision-making, and enables more efficient operations. The goal is not simply automation. It is to build an operating infrastructure that helps companies scale, perform, and create enterprise value.
Over the last 12+ years, Jason has led transformation initiatives across Fortune 500 enterprises, private equity portfolio companies, and high-growth organizations, helping leadership teams modernize operating models, improve business performance, and realize value from large-scale investments.
During more than a decade at Accenture, he led large transformation programs across telecommunications, healthcare, technology, financial services, and consumer industries. His work focused on helping organizations bridge the gap between strategy and execution through operating model modernization, lead-to-cash transformation, value realization, organizational effectiveness, customer operations, and enterprise performance improvement.
Prior to consulting, he served as a U.S. Navy Supply Corps Officer, leading logistics and operational support functions across global assignments, including support of Special Operations missions. That experience shaped his leadership philosophy and reinforced the importance of accountability, execution, and mission-focused teams.
Outside of work, Jason is a father, youth soccer coach, outdoorsman, fly fisherman, and Navy veteran who believes leadership is ultimately measured by the success of the people and teams he helps build.
