Jeremy’s journey in hospitality began humbly, working as an unpaid prep cook and dishwasher at a traditional Japanese establishment in San Francisco after attending the International Culinary Center.
Through his love of food, deep respect for true craftsmanship, student for life & servant leader ethos, his passion and discipline helped him navigate through every kitchen role to become an Executive Chef.
From traditional Japanese Kaiseki, Teishoku & Sushi, modernist cuisine at a private golf course & PGA tour, to a California influenced French Brasserie and large scale corporate culinary operations at Google: Jeremy has helped lead teams of up to 100 serving thousands daily, in addition to helping open, advise, and consult for diverse concepts ranging from classic Japanese to plant-based dining.
After over two decades in multiple fields and a handful of hospitality concept openings, Jeremy stepped out of full time operations and founded Desiderium Solutions Inc.
A product design and renewable cooking fuel company with the purpose of harmonizing live fire cooking in the age of electrification in modern kitchens.
Additionally, Jeremy also recently started Long Fetch, A Hospitality Collaborative based in Erie. While his work and life have taken him to many places in the United States and abroad, Long Fetch Hospitality was founded to fully align his mission to be of service to the service industry in Erie, where he now proudly resides.
