Jeff Chiaramonte
/Executive Director, Heberle's Heartstrings
Jeff Chiaramonte wears a lot of hats—husband, dad, manager, nonprofit director, podcast producer—and somehow still finds time to make sawdust in the garage. By day, he’s the Front End Manager at SFJ4x4, where he keeps the wheels turning both literally and figuratively. He also produces two podcasts: “I Speak Jeep”, covering off-road adventures and gear talk, and “The American Hustle”, a candid look at entrepreneurship and the real-life hustle behind it.
When the workday ends, Jeff shifts gears into his favorite roles: dad to Lily, Morgan, and Zander (ages 11, 9, and 7) and husband to an animal-loving wife who’s turned their home into a cozy zoo of dogs and cats. He’s also the Executive Director of Heberle’s Heartstrings, a nonprofit music lending library he founded in memory of his cousin, Jason. Through free access to instruments, audio gear, and community events like open mic competitions and raffles, Jeff helps make music accessible to anyone with the passion to play.
Whether he’s organizing a downtown street festival, building a bookshelf, or refereeing sibling negotiations at home, Jeff brings heart, humor, and hands-on leadership to everything he does.
