Maxim Melnik is an AI Software Engineer at AIBI Solutions, where he designs and builds enterprise AI platforms that bring together large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, data integrations, and secure access controls. He has played a key role in architecting and delivering an on-premises AI platform for enterprise and defense-sector manufacturing, working across AI agents, model infrastructure, SQL, SharePoint, APIs, data quality, and user-level authorization.
At AIBI Solutions, Maxim has served as the primary engineer driving the technical direction of the platform, making architecture and engineering decisions from initial design through production implementation. His work focuses on solving complex problems at the intersection of AI, software engineering, and real-world business requirements, with an emphasis on building AI systems that are secure, reliable, and practical for enterprise use.
Outside of work, Maxim is a passionate sports fan who enjoys playing volleyball and soccer. He is also a huge Lionel Messi fan and enjoys traveling and experiencing new places. In his spare time, he is building an AI-related business, exploring new ideas around the future of AI and developing technology that can make advanced AI more accessible and practical for businesses.
