Jonathan M. D'Silva is the Owner and Manager of the law firm MMI Intellectual Property. He received his B.Sc and M.Eng. degrees in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Cornell University. He received his J.D. degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law. He is a Registered Patent Attorney and admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New York, and the District of Columbia. His practice covers all aspects of intellectual property law from prosecuting patent, trademark, and copyright applications, to drafting agreements for the sale or licensing of intellectual property, to the enforcement of intellectual property rights.

He is also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Law at the Penn State Law School where he is the Director of the Intellectual Property Clinic that is housed at the Happy Valley Launch Box.
