I’m Tim May, founder of Timber Loaf, a microbakery built around simple, small-batch breads and treats. Each week I bake artisan staples like the Homestead loaf, Pane di Bosco with Italian herbs, Prairie Fire Boules with jalapeño and cheddar, and Erie-style pepperoni balls. On the sweet side, you’ll find Dark Lodge Bites (our chocolate chip cookies), Wildfire Babka pull-aparts, and Oranje Krispies.

Orders open Monday and close Wednesday morning, with Thursday pickups here at Radius or with local partners. Timber Loaf is about approachable, quality baking—bread and cookies you actually want to eat every week. I’m also a Navy veteran, husband, dad, and builder of projects from homesteads to nonprofits, with Radius as my community launchpad.
