Nathan DiGilio

Nathan is a software developer with experience in Windows application development and artificial intelligence. He is currently completing his final year at Penn State Behrend, pursuing a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics. Over the past five years, he has worked on a variety of projects involving desktop software, automation tools, and AI-driven systems.
Most recently, Nathan has been focused on integrating cognitive architectures like LIDA with computer vision models to support activity recognition in video. He has a strong interest in applied machine learning and enjoys finding practical ways to improve software performance and usability.
Outside of class and project work, Nathan spends time learning about cooking, track and field (throwing), 3D printing, and disc golf. He’s based in Erie, PA, and is always looking for new ways to apply what he’s learning to real-world problems.
